  1. I felt that the presentation was put together well and organized good too. One interesting thing I heard was that there were 5 different copies of the Gettysburg Address. Some constructive criticism is that I wish there was some thing that stood out as really interesting. Explaining the day by day advancement was cool to learn about but I think lost some peoples attention.

  2. You guys were pretty knowledgeable about your topic, you divided the labor evenly, and you made it interesting. My greatest compliment is that you guys used your power-point effectively, as a tool but not reading from it. Perhaps it could be improved if you spent a little less time on the different copies of the Gettysburg Address, that seemed to take quite a lot of time. Overall you guys did a superb job with everything. Well done.

  3. First off- well done. To those of you who know me, i love history, and this is one of my favorite parts of American History. You guys knew your stuff. It was impressive to hear you guys talk about this. You both knew a lot more than the basics, and it showed. The only thing i can even say that might be something to have been worked on were pictures of the war itself. But still, this was probably my favorite presentation.

  4. your presentation was done well. you guys really seemed to know what you were talking about. amazing job. I learned that the Gettysburg Address was given 4 and a half months after the war which really interested me I would think it was right after. Only thing you could have done better is pictures during the war.

  5. Your presentation was well put together and I thought that it was very information about the Battle of Gettysburg. I liked how you talked about how the battle played out as time went on and the events that lead to this battle happening. I also liked how you use maps of the battlefield to show us what was happening throughout the battle. Some constructive criticism that I could give to you would be that I think you could have practiced more to be a bit more prepared for the presentation.

  6. I really enjoyed your presentation. The information was really well organized and your use of the power point was great. I thought that the number of casualties, 51,000, was insane. The only thing that I think could have been changed was the amount of time spent of the copies of the Gettysburg address.

  7. You guys did a really good job with your presentation and you had my favorite PowerPoint. I could tell you put a lot of time and effort in everything, and were very knowledgeable about this topic. I didn't know this was the bloodiest battle in the Civil War, so that was interesting to me. Some constructive criticism would be to maybe have added more actual pictures in your presentation of the battle and less on talking so much about the Gettysburg Address. Overall, good job!

  8. This presentation was very well organized, and the group was very well practiced. It definitely seemed as though the group knew exactly what they were talking about. I absolutely love learning about history and the Battle of Gettysburg was definitely a very important and iconic part of the Civil War and America's history. I thought that the maps and charts were very effective in helping the audience understand the politics that played into the battle. The only thing that I think would have made the presentation better is to maybe use some recreated pictures that depicted the battle itself so that we could get a visual sense of the battle. Overall, great presentation!

  9. The presentation was well organized and I really like how you guys used the maps and Hans seemed like he knew what he was talking about. I learned that this is considered the bloodiest battle of the civil war. I would agree with Haley's criticism, use of better pictures could have made the presentation a bit better but overall good job guys!

  10. i liked how this presentation was organized in Hans began the presentation with facts and information from the war, and then Grant continued with the Gettysberg Address and the 5 copies of it. Also I liked how the 5 copies if the Gettysberg Address were organized with a picture of the person, the name of that person and where it is displayed now. One fact that stood out was, "3155 from the Union were killed and 4708 from the Confederates were killed, just in a period of 3 days". One piece of constructive criticism i would give you guys iis to maybe put the statics of the battle on a paper that could have been passed around. But besides that it was a interesting topic and i really enjoyed it!

  11. I personally loved the organization of this project, with the slide show and a lot of info coming from the speakers. The speakers did seem to speak rather quickly though in my opinion.
