  1. I liked your presentation, this was an interesting event and I learned that they didn't get to charge admission for the event so it was free and that no one got seriously hurt or killed during the event. On the other hand the presentation felt sloppy, and some of the facts didn't seem completely correct, and I feel that the video wasn't really needed. It would have been cool to find comments online from people who went to the event.

  2. I have always heard of Woodstock but have never really heard any of the details of it. I thought this presentation was extremely good and full of interesting things such as how people just left there cars in the street, ho the concert eventually became free, how the performers had to be flown in, and so on. One piece of constructive criticism i have is that they should have addressed the audience more instead of staring away from them. But even with this in mind I thought the presentation was great and very interesting!

  3. I surprisingly have never heard of Woodstock, so all the information given was new to me. You both did a good job going along with the powerpoint and saying what Woodstock is about, but I would've liked to hear the facts more straight forward and clearly. It all seemed jumbled at times. Overall though, I learned about an event that I never knew before so good job!

  4. I've heard of Woodstock before but I've never heard of the actual happenings during it. I always thought it involved important politicians but I was very wrong. I thought it was really interesting how they turned the event into an open event. Which turned them a net profit of approximately -$1,000,000. I would say that it would be better if the notecards weren't present. It didn't show a lot of preparation on the topic. Overall, great job.

  5. I enjoyed listening to your group. The work done in presenting this was pretty good. There was a lot of change brought about because of this event, so i do believe this was a very iconic event in the 60's. The thing done well in this was the pictures. If anyone knows much about this event, then they can tell you that the pictures that were taken from this event are pretty easy to recognize. The only thing to do better was to be more organized in my opinion.

  6. Woodstock was a very interesting topic for the history of rock and roll. I liked how your presentation was very informative about the era and the performance. I didn't know that because of people showed up before the concert just to get better seats. Some constructive criticism for you presentation would be that it felt unprepared and I think it could have been better structured and more prepared.

  7. Your topic was probably the one I knew the least about, so it was nice to learn something truly new. Its crazy that over a million people fluctuated throughout the 3 days in the dairy field. At times it seemed unorganized and that a little bit more research would have helped your cause. That being said, I very much enjoyed the presentation as a whole and overall I think you did good work.

  8. I learned how it was a rock and roll festival and it amazed me that there were laws set and that the people who started it ended up in debt. the only thing that could have been better is being a little more organized but over all it was a very good presentation.

  9. I was surprised to learn that Woodstock got moved from the original location in an industrial park to a dairy farm. I learned a lot of new things that I had never known about Woodstock. I think the only thing that could have been changed was the use of notecards.

  10. This was a very interesting topic to hear about. I've definitely heard of Woodstock before, but I loved getting to learn more facts about it, such as the fact that they ended up holding Woodstock on a dairy farmers land; and although the matter of debt didn't have much to do with the meaning behind Woodstock it was still also neat to learn about. I felt like the presentation was well organized, but maybe the group could have relied slightly less on the notecards. Overall, I really enjoyed the presentation!

  11. I enjoyed learning about Woodstock but the presentation seemed unprepared and really rushed.
